Heavy-Duty Municipal Pipeline Inspection

The HMDA-PR200M is engineered for municipal infrastructure teams responsible for maintaining large-diameter sewer networks and stormwater systems. Built around a 100-meter motorized cable reel, this robot can reach deep into trunk lines without repositioning, dramatically reducing setup time on complex inspection jobs.

Pan-Tilt-Zoom Camera System

At the heart of the PR200M is a high-resolution PTZ camera head offering 360° continuous rotation, 180° tilt, and 100x optical zoom. Operators can inspect lateral connections, detect cracks, and read pipe markings from a single setup position. Integrated LED lighting ensures consistent visibility even in complete darkness.

Laser Profiling for Quantitative Assessment

The optional laser profiler module projects a structured light ring onto the pipe wall, capturing cross-sectional geometry in real time. This data is used to generate deformation maps, quantify corrosion depth, and produce ISO-compliant condition reports — turning subjective visual inspections into measurable engineering data.

Rugged Chassis for Demanding Environments

The stainless-steel chassis is rated IP68 for submersion up to 6 meters and operates in temperatures from -10°C to 50°C. All-terrain wheels with adjustable track width handle pipes from DN300 to DN2000, while the low center of gravity prevents rollover on uneven surfaces.

Integrated Software Suite

The accompanying inspection software records video, captures still images, logs distance and clock-position data, and auto-generates PDF reports compliant with WRc and NASSCO PACP standards. Data is transferred via USB or wirelessly to the surface unit for immediate review.
